It was a pleasant, stress free experience. The driver was waiting for us and found us outside the terminal. Returning to the airport he was early (same chauffeur), a delightful man, originally from Jordan (?) and pleasant, courteous. I would recommend VIP to anyone traveling into Boston.

--“I would like to take a moment and let you know about the great service that was provided to us by your driver. Donald was our chauffer and he sent us a text letting us know he was already on site awaiting our arrival. I was concern about us having to wait for him since our flight arrived about a half hour early. When we exited the plane and made our way to the baggage claim we could not find him. So I called Donald's cell phone since I had his number from an earlier text. My wife and I ended up at the wrong baggage claim "just our luck". Donald told us to stay put and he would grab our two bags and meet us at the baggage area we were at. We gave him the description of our bags and he was pulling them. He called me back and told me that he had pulled them but was stopped by airport security because he is not allowed to grab passenger’s bags. So then he came to pick us up at baggage claim 3, then he took us back to baggage claim 1 so I could claim our luggage. He took me back in to the airport where the luggage was being held. He was friendly and courteous. He went out of his way to make our horrible arriving mishap better. I have used your company twice and both times the service we received was great. In the future when I need a airport transfer or any other type of transportation I will keep your company on the top of my list. Everyone was great all around.
I just wanted to take a moment to Thank You for all your assistance the day of our infamous breakdown. Eileen originally had given me your information and spoke highly of you when I was hired and instructed to create a contingency plan for our new bus in case of a breakdown. Having never met you and ever worked with you, I must compliment you on the way you handled our situation and was able to get us a replacement bus in such an expedient manner. The safety and well being of all my students or adults on my bus is paramount to me and your constant updates and communication with me made the entire process go very smoothly. Minus the minor glitches with traffic delays and the air conditioning on the replacement bus, I have no complaints at the way this was handled and I conveyed my positive feedback to Eileen. Again, I thank you so very much for all your assistance and I look forward to meeting you some day in the near future! Have a great day.
